This is relatively quick and easy, and became a favorite last year.
What You Need
- Tiger Prawn Shrimp; I purchase them at CostCo
- House Seafood Sauce - Japanese Style, from Ashman Manufacturing; available at Wegman's
- Skewers (optional)
- Place the shrimp in a colander and rinse in cold water; pat dry. Leave the shells on.
- Put the shrimp in a Ziploc bag and add the marinade; let sit for at least 30 minutes (I go two hours).
- Prepare skewers, if applicable, as needed.
- Place on the grill, flipping at least once, until the shrimp starts to turn pink; usually, the shell starts opening.
- Slide shrimp off the skewers (if applicable) into a serving dish for everyone to enjoy.
